Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping worldwide by air, typically via FedEx or UPS.
  • Once your order is placed, please allow one week for assembly depending on the doll, and an additional 3-7 days for shipping time. Sometimes, orders may take longer due to manufacturer demand or supply chain issues. As such, our delivery time is not a guarantee.  All our dolls are hand-made and thoroughly tested for quality before shipping.
  • When shipped, you will be provided with the tracking code.  All packaging is discreet, there are no labels, markings, or logos.  

Payments

  • We accept payment by Credit Card (all major cards accepted).
  • We accept payment by Debit Card.
  • We accept PayPal Pay Later and Klarna.
  • Our payment gateway options are Shopify Payments or PayPal depending on your personal preference.

Returns

  • We take product quality extremely seriously, every doll is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving our studio.
  • We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

    Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

  • Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for any reason other than a damaged product on arrival.

Order Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order and will only incur a credit card processing fee (variable rate).
  • Order cancellations after 24 hours incur a $150 restocking fee (only if production has started). Please note that for certain brands, an additional restocking fee of up to $1000 USD may be charged. Please inquire. We cannot cancel any orders after 72 hours.

Customs Taxes and Import Duties

For US & Canadian customers, we pre-pay all import fees & taxes. You will never be charged or contacted by border services regarding your package. If for any reason UPS or FedEx requires you to pay custom clearance fees or taxes, please contact us as you shouldn't be paying these fees. For countries outside US & Canada, we will not cover the import taxes or fees, however, you can make arrangements with us to pre-pay import taxes if it is available in your country, please e-mail us at contact@sexdollqueen.com it would be a pleasure to assist you.
