For customized orders, "Service" is defined as the commencement of labor, material sourcing, and bespoke factory production. This Service begins 24 hours after order placement.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR CUSTOMIZED GOODS) Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website.

• 5.1 Marketing Imagery vs. Reality: Promotional images on [suspicious link removed] are for illustrative purposes and represent a base prototype. Due to the handmade nature of our products (including hand-applied makeup and manual assembly), slight variations in tone, shading, and styling are inherent.

• 5.2 Finality of Photo Confirmation: For customized orders, we provide "Production Photos" for customer review. Customer approval of these photos constitutes "Final Acceptance" of the product's physical appearance. By approving these photos, the Customer waives the right to any future "Merchandise Not As Described" claims regarding the visual aesthetics of the item.

• 5.3 Proof of Service: The delivery of "Production Photos" to the customer constitutes a completed milestone of service fulfillment.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND CANCELLATION FEES We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

• 6.1 Customization Kill-Fee: Because customized dolls are bespoke items created to your specific requirements, they cannot be resold. If a customer cancels a customized order after production has commenced but before shipping, a 50% Non-Refundable Labor & Material Fee will be retained from the refund. Once an item has been shipped, no refunds or cancellations will be honored.

• 6.2 Returns: Due to the intimate nature and hygiene standards of our products, all sales are final once the shipping seal is broken.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
